• Gift is awarded after the referred patient completes their first appointment and is confirmed as a new patient at Inland Dental Center.
• Referred patient must be new to our practice (not a returning or existing patient).
• Gift bags are available at the front office — please allow 3-5 days for processing after the referral’s first visit.

• Inland Dental Center reserves the right to modify or end this program at any time.
