We believe good dental health is one of the best investments you can make in your overall well-being. You are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Your estimated portion or copayment is due at the time of service, and payment arrangements should be discussed before treatment begins.
Patient Financing Options
We proudly offer Cherry Financing as our preferred financing solution because it is one of the most accessible and patient-friendly options available.
Cherry Financing provides easy approval, interest-free payment plans, no down payment, no annual fees, and no prepayment penalties (upon approval). It’s designed to make quality dental care affordable with manageable monthly payments.
We also continue to accept CareCredit for patients who prefer that program. Please ask our team for an application or to check your eligibility – the process is fast and straightforward.
Additional Payment Options
- Credit & Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for your convenience.
- Major Services Two-Payment Plan: For treatments requiring two or more appointments (such as crowns, bridge work, dentures, or similar procedures), we offer a split-payment option – pay half of your portion at the first appointment and the balance at the delivery or completion appointment.
Please bring your insurance information to your first consultation so we can help expedite any reimbursement.
Missed Appointments
The dental appointment is a shared commitment between you and our team. To keep care affordable and maintain availability for all patients, we ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Missed appointments may result in a copayment or fee, in accordance with insurance agreements.
