Dean Baranski, DDS

General Dentist in San Bernardino and Highland

Dr. Dean Baranski knows how much a great dentist can change a patient’s day. He was drawn to dentistry after seeing an endodontist relieve a patient’s pain and change their life in a single visit. Today, he wants to do the same for the patients he sees.

Dr. Baranski earned his Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University in 2023. He joined Inland Dental Center in April 2026 and sees patients at our San Bernardino and Highland offices.

His approach to care

Dr. Baranski reads the room. If you like to chat, he will chat. If you would rather relax quietly, he will respect that. He is thorough and patient, and he is a conservative dentist. If something is going on with your oral health, he will be honest and clear with you about it. His favorite part of the job is making patients laugh and smile.

What he enjoys treating

Dr. Baranski enjoys preventive care, Invisalign, dentures and partials, and caring for children and families. He also takes great care of nervous patients.

Outside the office

Dr. Baranski grew up in Aurora, Illinois, and then in Rancho Santa Margarita, where he graduated from Tesoro High School. His wife is also part of the Inland Dental Center team as a hygienist. He loves music and staying active. On weekends, you will find him out for a drive and a great meal, often at Best and Konos Coffee.

Fun fact: His favorite football position is cornerback.
