I've been going here for a while now and I love the doctors and staff. I always feel taken care of and would recommend them.

I used this facility for over 20 years, while a clerk named Sylvia, a very dedicated and very good in customer service, she was always willing to find the right time for my appointment that filled my needs. But something happens and she moved, then a clerk and now manager named Christine a very arrogant well dressed lady who thinks she's the owner of the facility and does not show any empathy, she is rude and shows preference for certain high class people. I experienced Some female dentists talking about their coworkers really bad. I lost a few days of work , because of their careless mistakes, I understand that no body is perfect but with me it looks like they didn't like me. Don't take me wrong there's also good workers at the back office, Maria a dental assistant that always offered a blanket for a very cold waiting time.

Went to IDC for years(close to 14 or 15) and their work is HORRIBLE. My mom, my sister, and myself all have had all their work redone over the last few years. We all had to have a retreatments done on our root canals. When I called to at least ask if they would do the retreatment at a discount since their work failed I was told no that nothing is guaranteed, which is true. However, typically a root canal is lifelong 85-97% of the time, yet we've(my mom, sister, and myself) all had them fail which raises some red flags. I highly recommend you see another dentist for any work you have to have done.

Their billing practices and what they charge is outrageous! They never give a breakdown of costs then they lie when they are telling you we will do this n that n never even follow through. Instead tell you, you owe this and can't give me service because you don't have credit for what insurance didn't pay for. They never tell you until 6 months later there's a balance? Really ? I don't care for how clean it is how friendly the staff is, its their billing practices and high prices that make this place the wrong place to go for dentistry care. Make sure you get full breakdown n follow up on anything that wasnt in writing they change everytime without notice. Un reliable this place sucks!
